Spring Awakening

שלא תטעו, אינני נצר למשפחת ספי בן יוסף ולא הפכתי בן לילה לחובבת טבע. למעשה אני מעדיפה יותר מכל דבר אחר להעביר את ימי השבת שלי בבית, צפונה מתחת לפוך במיטה. אך הנסיבות הביאו אותי בסוף השבוע האחרון להתחכך בעם ישראל בפארק קנדה, מה שאולי החמיר קמעה את החרדה שלי מאנשים, אבל תרם כמה תמונות נוף של האביב והפריחה (וגם תרם תרומה נכבדת לצריכת הכדורים האנטי היסטמינים שלי) אותן הייתי מוכרחה לחלוק. ומישהו מוכן להסביר לי למה לא ניצלנו את פריחת השקדיה כמו שיפן ניצלו את פריחת הדובדבן?!

Don't be misled, I'm not a part of Sefi Ben Yosef dynasty, and didn't become a nature fan overnight. I rather spend my Saturdays home, hiding under the blankets. However, circumstances brought me this past weekend to mingle with the Israeli people in park Canada, and thong that might have strengthened my anxiety of people, it contributed a few landscape pictures of spring awakening (and also worsen my dependency in anti-histamines) which I had to share. And can somebody explain why aren’t we taking advantage of almonds blossom as the Japanese are of the cherry blossom?!
